Who I Am

My name is Joshua Edwards. I am the owner, chocolatier and baker at Sweet Sea Desserts, which I started during the first months of the pandemic. Having worked as a restaurant chef, specialising in starters and desserts, I knew that I never wanted to make a salad ever again, and that the average restaurant dessert was boringly predictable. 

Sweet Sea Desserts was started in order to bridge that gap. To create variation in chocolates and desserts that will leave lasting impressions on the tongue and the heart; that will start conversations, creatre memorable experiences, and will always leave people wanting more.
