A refined homage to Colombian terroir. This bar is a collaboration of origin, featuring 7% Encanto Coffee from Finca La Holandesa. 

We stone-grind the coffee beans for 36 hours directly into a 40% natural Venezuelan cocoa butter base. This slow, meticulous process captures the true essence of the Encanto roast: its deep, rhythmic notes and bright acidity, elevated by the sharp lactic tang of Greek Yoghurt. With only 25% cane sugar, the finish is silky, sophisticated, and resonant with the flavour of a perfectly pulled espresso.
