These last few years, many of you have asked me when my workshops are. And honestly, I never felt quite ready... until now! I am thrilled to finally open up my kitchen space and welcome small groups of fellow chocolate enthusiasts for my very first workshops.
This 3-hour Introduction to Chocolate is specifically designed to provide you a solid foundation for working with high-quality chocolate in your own home kitchel. It is an intimate, hands-on experience perfect for beginners (and even those of you who might just want to learn a little more).
What We Will Cover:
- Tasting: Learn how to properly taste and appreciate the different types of fine chocolate.
- Tempering at Home: Master reliable, practical methods for tempering chocolate and cocoa butter without requiring specialised equipment.
- Textural Elements: Learn how to work with different flavours and textures, and how to balance them with chocoalte. Plus, we will make some caramel shards.
- Production: Use your new skills to produce your own chocolate bars (with or without delicious fillings).
A Few Small Details:
- Duration: Approximately 3 hours
- Cost: €90 per person (includes tea/coffee/snacks)
- Intimate Group: In order to ensure a more personalised experience, the group size will not exceed 5 people.
- Take-Home Treats: I don't want you to leave empty handed! You will of course take home all of your own handmade creations plus a general gift of my own personal artisanal chocolates and bars (valued up to €20).
