We’ve paired Venezuelan cocoa butter with fine white sugar and rich whole milk, refining the batch for nearly two full days in our stone melanger. The result is a 40% couverture with a sub-15 micron finish, offering a clean dairy profile and the rare, unmasked aromatics of origin-grown cacao.
