Built on a robust foundation of 40% dark milk chocolate, it delivers a definitive, glorious snap—a rare feat for a nut-based chocolate—that gives way to a velvet-smooth emulsion of deep-roasted hazelnuts.
This bar has a unique sensory profile: by stone-refining the chocolate for 48 hours, we are creating a perfect balance of hazelnut oils with cocoa butter and chocolate, ultimately crafting an expereince that begins with the toasted caramel notes of brown sugar and rich dairy, followed by an intense mid-note of roasted hazelnut.
