Every adventure begins with a single spark, a moment of curiosity. 

For me, that spark was the realisation that the complexity of a plated restaurant dessert didn't need a plate; it just needed the right chemistry. The 4-piece box is the result of that idea. It is a glimpse into our kitchen, designed to prove that you didn't need a large table to experience a multi-layered journey. 

This is our 'Proof of Concept.' Even with the smallest of our boxes, we refuse to take shortcuts. Crafted with the same farm-direct cacao and dessert-style fillings as our largest collections, these 4-piece boxes are an inviation to see chocolate from a different perspective.
