This bundle pairs our professional-grade baking chocolate with one of our signature 75g craft bars—giving you the best of both worlds at a curated price.

What’s Inside:

The Classic (Comforting & Familiar)

  • Hazelnut & Black Pepper (43% Milk): This creamy, nutty and somewhat spicy bar reimagines a popular classic in a way you've never seen before (unless you've tried our bonbons, of course)

  • Peanut Power (63% Dark): 70% peanut paste refined into the chocolate for 18hrs, then filled with roasted peanuts and salted caramel. Our first farm-to-bar experience.

  • Cherry Caramel & Pistachio (63% Dark): Named after one of our customers, this bar takes cherry caramel shards to compliment the red fruit notes in the chocolate itself, and then contrasts those flavours with roasted pistachios ground into the chocolate. One of our most popular bars...

The Floral & Sweet (Botanical & Unique)

  • Honey & Thyme: Our 4-hour thyme-infused cocoa butter paired with honey "glass."

  • Beetroot & Sesame: Earthy, vibrant, and unexpectedly addictive.

  • Roasted Corn & Black Rice: A toasted, nutty profile with a satisfying crunch.

The Intense (Bold & Vibrant)

  • Lucifer’s Coffee: Using Finca la Hollandesa's Encanto blend, this espresso-rich white chocolate base is handmade in our kitchen. The coffee is slow-steeped for 4 hours with freshly roasted beans, and paired with pineapple-caramel shards. It tastes like a cappuccino for breakfast, and is one of the most technically difficult bars that we produce. 

  • Passion Fruit & Tonka: Tonka bean infused dark chocolate paired with a sweet and acidic passion fruit crunch. Bittersweet meets Sweet & Savoury. 

  • Sambal Caramel: What happens when you replace the water in caramel shards with a Surinamese Madame Jeannette filled sambal? You get this bar. Dark, sweet, and spicy, with a rounded slow-burn down the back of the throat that comes later...


The Details

  • Weight: 575g total.

  • Origin: Made in small batches in our Den Haag kitchen.

  • COGS & Quality: We use only premium ingredients (like Venezuelan Gaia cocoa butter) and zero artificial fillers.

Baker’s Tip: Use the 500g bag for your brownies, and eat the bar while you wait for the timer to go off. We won't tell. Or snack on both whilst working on your zoom calls (that's what we do, so we can't judge).
