Raspberry Truffles (Vegan)

Originally only sold at our markets, but they proved so popular we just knew that we had to make them more often. 

Sold as 100g, 200g, or 1kg, these raspberry truffles are just as delicious as they sound: dark chocolate raspberry ganache rolled in a freeze dried raspberry powder. Bittersweet yet tangy, I can promise you that whichever size you choose will leave you wanting more (hence the need for larger amounts). So, pick a size, sit back, and enjoy the ride!
