Bare by Design | 40% White Chocolate

Bare by Design was born out of simple frustration: white chocolate is too sweet, overly creamy, and masked by vanilla. We refused to settle for what was available, so took control of the blueprint. This is our white chocolate, engineered from scratch. Using Venezuelan cocoa butter, white sugar and whole milk, we stone-mill this chocolate for 46 hours until all you have left are the complex, floral-nutty notes. This is the white chocolate we have always wanted to buy, ready for you.
