Roasted Corn, Black Rice

What surprised me most about this 33% white chocolate from Ecuador is that it isn't just a caramelised white chocolate. It also has roasted corn mixed into it, which provides a nuanced flavour that lingers towards the end. Experiencing this, I wanted to combine it with something that would both complement and contrast. And the crispy, salted black rice does just that!
